Born in Miami and raised in the pristine backcountry of the Florida Keys and the Ten Thousand Islands areas, Capt. Leon is Coast Guard Licensed with over 30 years experience fishing the backcountry waters of the Florida Bay.

An active member of the Ranger Boats Pro-Team, Capt. Leon fishes from a new Ranger 19I “Cayman” Saltwater series flats boat, (aptly named “REEL RANGER”). It’s powered by a Mercury 200 Optimax engine . REEL RANGER is Coast Guard Equipped and loaded with everything you need to get you there and back in comfort–quickly, dryly and most importantly, safely.

Day excursions are available for fishing Snook, Redfish, Bonefish, Tarpon, Trout, Permit, Spotted Seatrout and more. Night excursions are also available to fishing those huge, nocturnal Tarpon…. Whether you’re an expert with a fly rod in search of that elusive Bonefish, or a novice out for your first Florida Bay adventure, Capt. Leon will put you on the fish!
